According to the arrest warrant received by Law & Crime, a 20-year-old influencer on TikTok in Louisiana who has over 66,000 followers has been taken into custody for the gruesome murder of a therapist.
Terryon Thomas, also known as Mr. Prada, was arrested for the bludgeoning death of William Nicholas Abraham, 69, on Sunday, September 29.
Abraham’s body was discovered discarded on a rural highway approximately 15 miles south of the Mississippi border, wrapped in a blue tarp.
It was discovered by Baton Rouge Police Department investigators that he passed away at a different location some time the previous day due to blunt force trauma to the head. Later, his lifeless, bleeding body was abandoned at the location.
After identifying Abraham, police found that his 2018 black Lincoln MKZ was gone. Later, the Lincoln was captured on camera at a nearby mall, and someone who was supposedly recognized as Thomas got out of the car and went into a neighboring store.
Police discovered the car on September 30 and tried to pull it over, but a chase broke out shortly after when it smashed into a store. Thomas managed to get away from the car. After that, an influence warrant was issued for an arrest.
Large volumes of blood were found during a later search of Thomas’s Baton Rouge home, which also turned up evidence of a violent and bloody altercation. DNA testing soon established that Abraham was the source of the blood.
Witnesses reported seeing Thomas stumbling as he attempted to drag the tarp and what seemed to be Abraham’s body down the stairs and into the Lincoln of the victim. On Saturday morning, Abraham was again observed going into Thomas’s flat but staying still.
After the chase and collision, Thomas was able to get a ride to his residence, according to additional research. Afterwards, he proceeded to the bus stop and boarded a bus for Dallas, Texas, from where he was apprehended on Tuesday.
He currently remains in detention at the Dallas County Justice Center in Dallas.
The police stated that Thomas was not one of Abraham’s patients, but they did not elaborate on why Abraham could have visited Thomas’s residence, what their relationship was like, or any other possible motive.
Thomas started making ominous TikTok videos before Abraham was killed. Thomas seems to be bemoaning an intimate but fake relationship in one of the videos.
