An Alpena man is accused of using a hidden camera in a home’s bathroom to capture nude images of a young girl.
Michigan State Police said that on Wednesday, a woman found pictures of a young girl on Eugene Hayes’s (41), phone from Alpena.
A hidden borescope was used in the bathroom of the house to take the naked pictures.
After being questioned, Hayes was arrested. He was locked up in the Alpena County Jail.
