Continued to Sell after OD
Court papers show that Mello kept selling the “percs” even after getting a text message from the woman’s friend saying that she had died. The writing asked what the pills were made of.
Sold to Confidential Informant
Before he was caught, Mello also sold pills to a secret source.
Drugs and Loaded Gun Seized in Backpack
The police took about 10 round white pills and about 417 blue pills marked “M 30” that were separated into plastic bags from his backpack. A loaded handgun with 14 full-metal-jacket bullets in the clip was also found, along with what police think is $6,300 in drug money.
Pills Contained Fentanyl and Oxycodone

Warrant Issued
The next day, he did not show up for his scheduled appointment, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
