Mississippi State’s game is getting better.
In Jeff Lebby’s first season as head coach, it only has one win and no FBS wins. However, it was close with Georgia and Texas A&M enough to be competitive.
To get a win, they have to play UMass after this, but having to play Tennessee, Missouri, and Ole Miss right at the end is not a good thing.
Arkansas lost to LSU at home, but it is still 4-3 and has a good chance to go to bowl games because it still has Louisiana Tech to play.
But it still needs one more win, and it still has to play Ole Miss, Texas, and Missouri. We should really settle this one down.

Why Arkansas Will Win
Arkansas does not have a bad pass defense.

Texas A&M did not have much success running the ball against Mississippi State, but it did score three touchdowns on the ground. This makes it six straight games this season against FBS teams that Texas A&M has given up multiple rushing touchdowns. And…
Why Mississippi State Will Win
Michael Van Buren Jr. is a pretty good player for the Bulldogs.
The rookie quarterback filled in for Blake Shapen when he got hurt and is getting better at his job. It is not good enough, but in the last two weeks against Georgia and Texas A&M, he threw for almost 550 yards and three touchdowns.
There should be time for the Bulldog offense to work because Arkansas’ defense is not putting enough pressure on the ball. Hog quarterback Taylen Green has not been running as well since he got hurt, and
Arkansas vs Mississippi State: Who Will Win
Arkansas would love to run, run, and run some more.
The passing attack has been good, which it should be since Green is not his usual smooth, flowing self, but LSU only gave up 38 yards on the ground.
Not in a long time has Arkansas’s offensive line been able to eat and hammer away for over four yards per run. This will get the job done.
