The picture of the bowl is becoming clearer.
There will not be too many teams that are not eligible to bowl, and there will be plenty of teams that are. Do not worry about dealing with the APR side; do not ask if you do not know.
Also, to say it again like we have been saying for a few weeks now, the bowls will be even bigger this year because the College Football Playoff will start on December 20th.
