From December 1 to December 10, the State of California sends out Cal Fresh checks. This is not the only state sending out SNAP funds right now. South Carolina, Oklahoma, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Nevada are some of the others.
In fact, the Cal Fresh case number has something to do with how California handles SNAP payments. The last number on your Food Stamps number must be 1. If it is, you will start getting benefits on December 1.
From December 2 to December 10, who can get Cal Fresh (SNAP)?
On December 2, your case number must end in 2 if you want to get SNAP payment. That makes sense. It is easy to figure out when your next Cal Fresh payment will come in if you know the number where your case ends.
People in California whose Cal Fresh number ends in 3 will start getting their money on December 3, 2024. If yours ends in 4, you will start getting payments every month on December 4, 2024.
Some people will get money on December 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 if their SNAP case number ends in 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 0.
