People will be able to get no more than $292 after the 2025 COLA hike. A family of four can get up to $975, and kids aged eight and up can get up to $1,756. The 48 states that are next to each other all have the same limit amounts.
Eligibility for October SNAP assistance payments in Maryland, Minnesota, and Mississippi
From October 4 to October 23, Maryland will be giving out SNAP payments. The USDA says that this state uses the first three letters of your last name.
Your Food Stamps will be sent to you on October 4 if the first three letters of your last name are between AAA and BAO.
People who live in Minnesota need to look at their case numbers. Your Food Stamps will be put to your EBT card on October 4 if it ends in that time frame. In the eleventh, if it ends in 1, it will be 0 in the tenth.
Last but not least, SNAP payments in Mississippi. Checks will be written until October 21, 2024, even if they start on October 4.
The USDA says that you should look at the last two numbers of your case. On October 4, people whose numbers end in 00–04 will get money.
