To be in the running for the Big 12 title, it has won two straight games and five of its last six. Now it has its toughest game left, which was unthinkable at the start of the season.
The Buffaloes are likely to win all three games against Utah, Kansas, and Oklahoma State.
But Texas Tech is not easy to beat. Last week, it beat Iowa State 23–22, which was their first loss of the season.
