It looked like Texas Tech would be a big contender for the Big 12 title, but after a week off, Baylor’s defense went crazy in a 59-35 win. The Red Raiders are still a good team, but they need to win this game to stay in the running for the Big 12 title.
The next four games will all be on the road, and there is no guarantee that they will win any of them. This stretch needs to get off to a hot start, but TCU is good enough to mess this up.
Horned Frogs have been strange. They beat Kansas badly, played okay in a tough loss to UCF, but did not show up at all in a weird loss to Houston.
The team beat Utah in Salt Lake City just as it looked like it was going to fall apart. If they win here, they will move up in the Big 12 race.

Also, TCU has lost five balls this year and has a turnover ratio of -10. But…
Why TCU Will Win
It is not that easy for Texas Tech or TCU, but…
Do well and win.
But the Horned Frogs do not have to be like Army and rumble 45 times. It is also not a surprise that they are 4-0 when they run for 100 yards and 0-3 when they don’t.
You can not beat Texas Tech that way. Of course you win because you force more turnovers and throw the ball over and over again against the second-worst pass defense in college football. Every game, the Red Raiders let more than 300 yards go through the air, and
Texas Tech vs TCU: Who Will Win
If Texas Tech wants to win, all that needs to happen is for Texas Tech not to make a huge mistake.
The Red Raiders should be able to keep the chains going well. Their run defense will hold up, and they will get enough turnovers to get past one of their own big ones.
