The death of a 7-year-old boy in Lancaster on Thursday is being looked into by the police.
Around 3:46 p.m., Los Angeles County officers were called to a house in the 44100 block of Dahlia Street.
Inside, officers found a boy who was 7 years old and had been shot very badly. Even though efforts were made to save his life, paramedics declared him dead at the scene.
The events that led to his death are still not clear. But LASD said they do not think there was any foul play.
Police found another child and an adult inside the house and are now questioning them.
No more information was given because the event is still being looked into.
