It has been made clear by the Social Security Administration that not everyone will get their check on November 20.
For some groups of beneficiaries, this date is important, but for many others, they will have to wait for their payment dates. Are you one of the people who will not get their deposit that day? This is all the information you need.
The November 20 check is only for people born in any month between November 11 and November 20.
This is for retired people, veterans, widows or widowers, and disabled people who are eligible for benefits. Your check will arrive on a different date if your birthday is not in this range.
Here’s the full payment schedule for November
- November 13: The first payment goes to those born between the 1st and the 10th of any month.
- November 20: Reserved for beneficiaries with birthdays from the 11th to the 20th.
- November 27: The final payment of the month is for those born between the 21st and the 31st of any month.
Also, people who get Supplemental Security Income (SSI) will not get a check on November 20. Instead, people who get SSI will get two payments in November.
The first one came on November 1, and the second one will be there on November 29, before the December payment, since December 1 is a Sunday.
That means that if your birthday is not between November 11 and November 20, or if you get SSI, November 20 will just be another day. But do not worry—your payment is coming, it is just coming on a different date.
Make sure your account information is correct and double-check the date you were given for payment.
There is a chance that you will not get your check on November 20, but the Social Security Administration promises that everyone will get their payment on time as planned.

Hello Faith Mcfall,
Why did they deduct your money, did they give any reason?
